1/4 lb butter 1/2 c shortening 2 c powdered sugar 1/2 c milk 1 egg white 1 t vanilla
Bring milk to a boil and cool.
Cream butter, shortening, sugar, vanilla and egg white.
Add milk a little at a time until mixture is like whipped cream.
