Lemon Cucumber Sauce

Saute garlic, add onions, salt and thyme and sesame seeds

When onions are clear, add Sherry and white pepper

When Sherry has come to a boil add grated cucumber, lemon juice and honey

Use to poach fish or chicken, thicken with flour and water
