Batter

 100g (4oz) butter
 50g (1/2 cup) sugar
 1 egg
 1 tsp vanilla
 150g (1cup and a bit) flour

Filling

 2 eggs
 125g (1/2 cup) sweet cream 
 100g (1/3 cup) maple syrup
 100g (2/3 cup) brown sugar
 380g (0.85 lb) ground pecan
 35g (1/4 cup) flour

Notes

1 cup flour weighs about 130g

1 cup brown sugar is 170g

syrup weights 312g per cup

4 fl oz of heavy cream is 125g


Bake at 350deg
